Unless otherwise stated, coupons, discounts, vouchers and promotional discount codes offered by NationalSupplies.co.uk are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via NationalSupplies.co.uk.
Contract creation
The steps required to create a contract between You and Us are that You place an order on the NationalSupplies.co.uk website by completing the checkout process. We will then email an order acknowledgement detailing your order. Your goods will be dispatched after payment has be received and cleared. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of your order.
Non-acceptance of your order may be a result of one of the following reasons: the product you have ordered is unavailable from stock. We have not been able to obtain authorization for your payment. A pricing or product description error has been noticed. Or you have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that if you so wish you are entitled to cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right to do so no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:
- Goods made or ordered to your specification.
- Perishable goods.
- CD, Software, Color Guides and any other products if their seal or packaging has been broken or opened.
Description of Products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which may set out additional Special Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
